Reading group in the philosophy of mind and mathematics (a.a 2019/20)

The reading group will consist in a three-fold series of class readings and guided group discussions, each covering crucial readings in the most debated contemporary issues in the philosophy of mind and consciousness on the one hand, and the philosophy of mathematics and logic on the other hand. Particular attention will be placed on readings connecting these different areas of philosophy.

The Reading Group will take place in the 2nd Semester. Sessions will be scheduled after the pilot.

Specific topics and readings will be decided each year after a pilot meeting with all faculty members and students involved.

The evaluation will be based on the participation to meetings, presentations and participation in the Q&A and guided discussion.
