Severin David Reissl
Severin Reissl undertook his doctoral research at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan) and Bielefeld University as part of the European Joint Doctorate "Expectations and Social Influence Dynamics in Economics" (ExSIDE), funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. The title of his thesis project was "Heterogeneous Expectations and Information Choices in Macro Agent-Based Models", supervised by Domenico Delli Gatti (Milan) and Herbert Dawid (Bielefeld). His research interests include computational economics (particularly agent-based and stock-flow consistent macroeconomic models), monetary economics, central banking, and financial markets.
He holds Master's degrees in economics from Kingston University London and Université Paris 13, obtained as part of the 'EPOG' Erasmus Mundus Joint Master programme, as well as an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Glasgow.
His research has been published in outlets such as the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, the Journal of Evolutionary Economics, and the Journal of Post Keynesian Economics.
