The School aims at preparing graduate students with outstanding scientific and professional abilities, trained in the cultural, technical and managerial aspects of complex systems science and its diverse applications.
Students are trained in basic and applied fields of modelling, simulation and the control of complex entities and organizations. They will also be directly involved in applied and extra-curricular activities through lecturers from, and internships in, leading companies and corporations.
Our basic philosophy is to combine interdisciplinary methods with practical specializations in specific fields.
One of the School's primary objectives is to launch its students into the professional world.
The Collegio Ghislieri, one of the "Historical Colleges" in Pavia, hosts the School since January 2004.
Courses take place in the "Aula Barbara Rossi" of the College which is equipped with wireless intranet and internet connection.
