Veronica Bressan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities at University of Trieste (2018) where she defended a thesis in Italian Linguistics on the classification of errors by adult L2 learners of Italian (supervisor: Prof. Fabio Romanini). After that, she studied linguistics at University of Siena where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Language and Mind (curriculum: Linguistics and Cognition) in 2021. In her MA thesis she proposed a common syntactic account for the computation of scalar implicatures and object A’-dependencies based on similarities in the two acquisitional processes (“Processing inclusion in child grammar: towards a common account for scalar implicatures and object A’-dependencies”. Supervisor: Prof. Adriana Belletti).
