Even in the context of the exploitation of research results, the evaluation of intellectual property is becoming an essential moment, recommended as good practice or required as a real condition of administrative activity. In this seminar, with the help of experts, we will try to answer some fundamental questions of practical interest: how is intellectual property evaluated? What methodologies can be adopted? What are the limits and opportunities offered by each evaluation method? What are the measures to be followed to ensure that the evaluation of intellectual property is functional to the process of exploitation of research results? When is evaluation appropriate or necessary? What mistakes should be avoided?
