Alberto MONTI at the Zurich International Conference on Climate Change Litigation

On 11-12 April 2024 Prof. Alberto Monti (IUSS Pavia) will attend as invited speaker the international conference on ‘Reparation for Climate Change?: The Possibilities and Limits of Litigation’ which will be held at the University of Zurich.

The conference will explore the kinds of remedies that climate litigation can offer, their implementation, and whether climate judgments can and do lead to better climate protection or climate justice. It sets out to do this from an interdisciplinary perspective by bringing together legal scholars and perspectives from outside the law, including from economics, political science, and climate science.
