
Indichef: Let us Cook
From April 7th to 13th, 2025, Indiscienza, the scientific festival conceived and organized by the students of Collegio Ghislieri, gathered under the student association Ghislieri Scienza, returns. This year's edition, titled “Indichef: Let us Cook,” offers a fascinating journey into the world of food, observed and narrated through the lens of science.
In 2025, visitors will be immersed in an experience that highlights the various aspects of food and nutrition, analyzed from a scientific perspective. It's an opportunity to explore the connections between cooking and research, between everyday life and knowledge, and between taste and curiosity.
The program of Indiscienza 2025 is divided into two main sections:
- Scientific Workshops: Designed for primary and secondary schools, these will be held in the mornings and will cover a wide range of topics – biomedical, mathematical, physical, and linguistic – with interactive activities aimed at stimulating learning and wonder.
- Evening Lectures, open to the public, featuring distinguished guests:
- Giacomo Bartolucci, physicist, will guide us through the balance of emulsions, using the famous cacio e pepe dish as a case study.
- Niccolò Califano, contestant on Masterchef Italia 13, will reflect on the role of science in cooking, blending passion with experimentation.
Since 2014, Indiscienza has served as a meeting point between the academic world and the general public, offering educational and divulgative experiences that combine knowledge, creativity, and engagement.
