The first cohort of winners of the IUSS Call for Ideas 2025 has just completed a five-day immersive experience in Silicon Valley as part of the Silicon Valley Fellowship – Winter 2026.
Over five days, fellows engaged with leading founders, venture capitalists, investors, and technology executives from companies such as Google, Uber, You.com, and leading venture capital firms. Through keynote talks, interactive Q&A sessions, site visits, team-building activities and networking events, they gained first-hand insight into fundraising dynamics, product development, scaling strategies, and the entrepreneurial mindset required to build and sustain innovative ventures.
Beyond high-level content covering artificial intelligence, startup development, robotics, climate tech, strategic finance, and emerging technologies, the experience also enabled fellows to build meaningful connections within the cohort and the Silicon Valley community.
Funded within the framework of the “Educating Future Citizens (EFC)” project under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), the Fellowship marked IUSS School’s commitment to providing students international exposure and direct access to the global innovation ecosystem.
In April, the second cohort of winners of the IUSS Call for Ideas 2025 will follow, ready to take on the challenge in Silicon Valley!
