forDoc, the Placement Exchange directory dedicated to PhD candidates and PhD graduates, returns in 2026. It is promoted by Fondazione Emblema in collaboration with numerous Italian universities, including IUSS.
As part of this initiative, a new edition of the Recruiting Days is launched: a series of 60-minute online events during which participating companies present their organization, the professional profiles they are seeking, and their selection processes. These meetings represent an important opportunity for direct interaction between the world of research and the job market.

The events take place on a digital platform and are open to PhD candidates and PhD graduates from all over Italy.
How to participate
For registered users:
Simply log in to the portal and register for the event of interest in the Calendar section.
For new users:
- Registration: complete the online procedure via the dedicated link;
- Activation: the system will send an email with a link to activate your account;
- Access: once your profile has been validated, you can log in;
- Profile management: from your personal area (My Page), you can update your information and register for events.
On the scheduled day and time, after logging into the portal, the “Join the webinar” button will be available and will redirect you to the Keymeeting platform. No software installation is required: the platform is accessible via browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, and others).
