The Generation4Universities Program is launching—an exclusive, high-level, fully funded acceleration program designed for recent graduates and final-year Master’s students who are eager to strengthen their skills and fast-track their entry into the job market.

The program is promoted by Generation Italy and McKinsey & Company, with the support of Intesa Sanpaolo, in collaboration with Mentors4U and a network of leading partner companies. It aims to provide a structured pathway combining career guidance, managerial training, and professional placement opportunities.

Generation4Universities is open to 100 selected participants among talented recent graduates and students enrolled in the final year of a Master’s degree in the following fields: economics, engineering, mathematics, physics, literature, philosophy, languages, law, political science, sociology, and psychology.

The training path is designed to develop highly sought-after transversal and managerial skills, supporting a smoother and more informed transition from university to the professional world.

Selected participants will take part in a three-month program structured around four training modules aimed at facilitating entry into the job market.

1. Training

Starting on April 13, 2026, participants will attend 10 days of online training. The program focuses on developing soft, behavioral, and attitudinal skills, and includes professional development sessions such as public speaking, effective written and oral communication, time management, and more. Practical activities and real-world work simulations are also included, allowing participants to apply the knowledge and competencies acquired during their university studies.

2. Individual Mentorship

Between May and June, participants will engage in a personalized mentorship program with managers and experts from Generation, McKinsey & Company, and partner companies. The goal is to support students in preparing for and successfully approaching their transition into the job market.

The program also includes a personal and professional development track carried out in small groups (5–6 participants), led by a certified coach. Through structured sessions, participants will work on defining and refining their professional goals.

3. Professional Seminars

From May to June, a series of two-hour online seminars will be held. During these sessions, participants will have the opportunity to interact with senior managers from partner companies and explore key industry trends, the speakers’ professional experiences, and the meaning and responsibilities of their roles within their organizations.

At the end of the bootcamp, partner companies will receive the profiles of all participants and may offer individual interviews based on their open positions.

Participation in the program is completely free of charge. All costs are covered by the promoters and partner companies; therefore, no financial contribution is required from participants.
