ROSE School has officially relaunched the Advanced Master’s in Earthquake Engineering for the 2025/2026 edition, renewing its commitment to excellence in earthquake engineering education.

Professor Rui Pinho, Programme Coordinator and President of the Eucentre Foundation, outlined a vision that combines tradition and innovation: a significant strengthening of the resident faculty, the annual invitation of internationally renowned visiting professors, and a revision of the curriculum to address the emerging challenges of the discipline. The objective is to train experts capable of managing the complexity of seismic risk with scientific rigour and a systemic perspective.

The programme, delivered entirely in English, is offered in collaboration with the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture of the University of Pavia, IUSS – Scuola Universitaria Superiore Pavia, the Eucentre Foundation and the GEM Foundation.

Students will benefit from advanced teaching, direct collaboration with research groups, internship opportunities at partner institutions, and access to the Eucentre Foundation’s state-of-the-art experimental laboratories.
