TRUSTED COUNSELLOR

DESCRIPTION

The Trusted Counsellor offers listening and assistance to victims of behavior contrary to the Code of Ethics and Conduct, promoting shared and confidential solutions without activating formal procedures. Monitors risk situations by organizing meetings and collecting reports anonymously. Can access relevant administrative documents, ensuring the confidentiality of those involved.

DESCRIPTION

Confidential Advisors, appointed by the Rector from among the School's professors, offer listening and assistance to anyone in academic life experiencing discomfort or subjected to misconduct. They operate without formality, helping to resolve issues that emerge in a confidential and collaborative manner.

PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT SERVICE

DESCRIPTION

IUSS offers a free psychological support service managed by the Equal Opportunities Committee (CUG – Comitato Unico di Garanzia), dedicated to listening and supporting students, teachers, and staff. The service promotes psychological well-being and fights against all forms of discrimination related to gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, disability, or language. It offers a safe space to address personal or professional difficulties, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment.
