Areas of Responsibility:
Systematization, strengthening, and exploitation of potential synergies within the area; enhancement of organizational units within the area in line with the School's objectives; oversight and integration of administrative and management processes related to the area's activities; coordination of the activities of the technical and administrative staff assigned to the facility; legal, administrative, and technical support to the bodies for matters within the area's jurisdiction; legal, administrative, and technical support to the committees responsible for the area; support to the governing bodies
for integrated planning activities and annual and three-year recruitment planning for all staff; definition and implementation of administrative, legal, and technical policies for the oversight, optimization, and enhancement of the area's processes; oversight of the planning process and subsequent monitoring of the area's objectives and services to users and stakeholders; Development of guidelines that integrate the School's needs in the areas of human resources, equipment, tenders, maintenance, and site development;
Across-department and service support in managing activities, in collaboration with management; support for the Rector and the Health and Safety Manager (RSPP) in ensuring on-site safety; and support for the General Manager in activities related to organizational development, the staff incentive system, and organizational planning.
