The second cohort of winners of the IUSS Call for Ideas 2025 has successfully completed a five-
day immersive program in Silicon Valley as part of the Silicon Valley Fellowship – Spring 2026.
A highlight of the program was a visit to Stanford University, where faculty members shared
their own entrepreneurial paths, offering students an informed perspective on the intersection of
research, innovation, and venture creation.
Funded under the Educating Future Citizens (EFC) project within the National Recovery and
Resilience Plan (PNRR), the Silicon Valley Fellowship marks the conclusion of the 1st edition of
the IUSS Call for Ideas 2025. The IUSS School continues to invest in its entrepreneurship
curriculum and will offer further dedicated initiatives supporting students in the transition from
academic research to venture building.
