The IUSS School for Advanced Studies Pavia is renewing its commitment to university guidance with two days dedicated to students attending upper secondary schools. The IUSS Orientation Days will take place on July 15 and 16, 2026, at University of Milan (La Statale), in its historic Via Festa del Perdono campus, traditionally known as Ca’ Granda. The event will offer a unique opportunity for students to explore and reflect on their future academic choices.

The initiative is completely free of charge and is open to students in the third, fourth, and fifth years of secondary school. It will feature innovative guidance modules designed to support the transition from school to university. Activities will be jointly led by faculty members from the IUSS School and the University of Milan, within a multidisciplinary environment that encourages dialogue between different fields of knowledge and approaches. Starting this year, participants may choose to attend either one or both days.

The two-day program will give students the opportunity to learn more about the teaching and research activities of the IUSS School, which is distinguished by its interdisciplinary advanced education programs and its strong focus on developing critical thinking and transferable skills.
