Project ImpaKT (Innovation Management in Pavia through Knowledge Transfer)
Testo

The IMPaKT project (Innovation Management in Pavia through Knowledge Transfer) was developed within the framework of the national call aimed at strengthening and building the capacity of Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs) in Italian universities, public research organizations (PROs), and scientific hospitalization and healthcare institutes (IRCCS). The initiative seeks to increase the intensity of technology transfer flows toward the business system. It is promoted by the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy) and funded by the European Union under the NextGenerationEU program.

The project offers micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in the Province of Pavia a diagnostic and scouting pathway designed to enhance research results, knowledge exchange, and innovation commercialization.

The IUSS School will make its legal, economic, and technical-scientific expertise available to companies to identify research pathways worthy of valorization, support firms in protecting their intellectual property, and foster the alignment between research outputs and business needs — including through matching activities across different industries and entrepreneurial contexts.
