Last call | VIU Winter School “Digital Rights: Theory and Practice” (26–30 January 2026)
It is still possible to apply for the VIU Winter School “Digital Rights: Theory and Practice”, taking place 26–30 January 2026 at Venice International University (VIU), on San Servolo Island (Venice, Italy). Organized by VIU, with IUSS Pavia as a partner, the Winter School offers an intensive one-week interdisciplinary programme focusing on the emerging challenges and transformations connected to digital rights, at the intersection of law, technology and society. The programme combines theoretical perspectives with practice-oriented activities, including lectures, workshops and case-based discussions.
On 14 November 2025, at the headquarters of the Accademia dei Lincei in Rome, Professor Andrea Moro received the insignia and the title of Corresponding Member during the opening ceremony of the 2025–2026 academic year.
A solemn moment that marks his appointment and acknowledges the excellence of his scientific contribution in the fields of linguistics and the neuroscience of language.
