PhD candidate in THE HADRON ACADEMY: Risk and complexity in high tech medical innovation.
After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Pisa, Alessandra Lenzi specialized in Bioengineering for cells, tissues, and biotechnologies at the Polytechnic of Milan, earning a Master's Degree in 2022 with a thesis titled "Development of drug delivery systems for hydrophobic drugs: the FM19G11 case study."
Subsequently, she spent a period at the company Copan Group in Brescia, where she worked within the biochemical research and development laboratory.
Currently, she is enrolled in the doctoral program "The Hadron Academy: Risk and Complexity in high tech medical innovation", conducting a research project on wearable biosensors for the detection of infectious diseases in collaboration with Copan Group.
