
Biography
PhD Candidate in Cognitive Brain Sciences.
Andrea Pizzuto graduated in Cognitive Science at the University of Trento in 2022 after attending a research traineeship at the CIMeC in Rovereto (Trento) with Professor Turatto and Doctor De Tommaso. Andrea earned a master's degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Pavia in 2024 after defending his thesis on “The Effect of Mirror Box Illusion on a Line Bisection Task”, with Professor Salvato and Doctor Crivelli as thesis supervisors. From July 2024, Andrea has enrolled in a post-laureate traineeship at ASST Grande Ospedale Metropolitano Niguarda, where, working together with Doctor Palmas, he takes part in the neuropsychological rehabilitation and clinical assessment of patients affected by brain-lesion-acquired cognitive impairment and neurodegenerative disorders. In October 2024, he started his doctoral student degree in Cognitive Brain Science at IUSS, Pavia.
