We are pleased to announce that Dr Beatrice Costeri, alumna IUSS, has been awarded the prestigious "Milla Baldo Ceolin" National Prize of the National Institute of Nuclear Physics (INFN), for the year 2023. This prize, entitled 'Woman in Theoretical Physics', is for the 10 best master's theses in the field of Theoretical Physics at INFN.

Dr Costeri defended her thesis last September and received praise for its depth and originality, making a significant contribution to the field of Theoretical Physics.
