National Civil Protection Week 2025

From 5 to 13 October 2025, the seventh edition of the National Civil Protection Week will take place, promoted by the Italian Department of Civil Protection together with Regions, local authorities, the research community and the voluntary sector, in connection with the International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction (13 October).
The Eucentre Foundation, in collaboration with the University of Pavia, DICAr, and the Scuola Universitaria Superiore IUSS Pavia, will contribute to this national initiative with the event “Science for Prevention in Civil Protection”, scheduled on 9 October 2025, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, at the Eucentre headquarters (Via A. Ferrata 1, Pavia).
The programme will feature institutional and academic contributions focused on research, training, and resilience, followed by a tour of the Eucentre laboratories and an immersive experience on the 6D seismic simulator. Participation is free, upon online registration.
