The University School for advanced Studies IUSS of Pavia is pleased to host as Visiting Professor Prof. Oliver R. Goodenough (Research Professor of Law, Vermont Law School; CodeX Affiliate, Stanford University), one of the most prominent international figures in the fields of law, neuroscience and new technologies.
Prof. Goodenough, with his innovative and interdisciplinary approach, will contribute significantly to the activities of our International Center on Law, Science and New Technologies (ICLT), which was founded in May 2024 at our School.
The ICLT was established with the ambitious goal of promoting an ongoing and productive dialogue between public and private institutions and bodies, fostering interaction between law, science and new technologies. The Centre aims to stimulate multidisciplinary comparisons and to develop shared and innovative solutions to current challenges in these fields.
