IUSS School has joined the Placement Exchange, an initiative aimed at fostering collaboration between higher education institutions and businesses, with the goal of creating a direct bridge between the academic and professional worlds. Through numerous online and onsite activities, it allows participants to simultaneously meet recruiting, placement, and employer branding needs, quickly achieving tangible and effective results.
Organized by Emblema Foundation, its objective is to facilitate outgoing orientation and professional integration of PhD candidates and holders, by establishing a direct channel with recruiters from large national and international companies interested in hiring highly specialized profiles.
Also dedicated to PhD candidates and holders is forDoc, an orientation and placement directory.
Recruiting Days are 60-minute webinars where companies have the opportunity to present their economic-entrepreneurial reality and ongoing recruiting projects, interacting with participants, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns. At the end of the event, company representatives receive a database with resumes and contacts of all participants.
Registration Procedure: For users already registered, simply log in and sign up for the event of interest. For users not yet registered, it is necessary to complete the online procedure at this LINK. Once registration is completed, it will be possible to sign up for the event in the reserved area of the portal. On the day of the event, to join the live session at the specified time, it is necessary to log in and click the "Join the webinar" button on the event page. The platform is supported by Google Chrome or Firefox. Therefore, it is not necessary to download any software.
