The Regional Councillor for University, Research, and Innovation, attorney Alessandro Fermi, is preparing for another crucial leg of his tour among the academic institutions of the Lombardy Region. A journey aimed at discovering and promoting the initiatives and projects that drive the world of higher education.
The IUSS School of Pavia, a recognized academic excellence and the only one of its kind in the Lombardy Region, will be the focal point of the next visit by Assessor Fermi, scheduled for March 14 at 2:00 PM in the Sala del Camino. This meeting, which welcomes the Assessor along with his delegation, marks the fourth stage of a journey aimed at fostering dialogue and collaboration between universities and the Lombardy Region.
During the visit, the Assessor will have the opportunity to meet all components of the academic community, from governance to faculty to students of the IUSS School.
The program includes the opening of the meeting by the Rector of the IUSS School, Professor Riccardo Pietrabissa, followed by institutional speeches by faculty members and a student representative from the IUSS School. Assessor Fermi will conclude the visit with his remarks and perspectives.
This appointment is part of a broader context of promoting innovation and excellence in higher education. The Assessor, in his tour among academic institutions, aims to gather ideas and proposals directly from the academic community to contribute to the improvement of the Lombardy university system.
