IUSS Undergraduate Courses 2026/2027: Faculty Video Series Now Online
With the opening of applications for the IUSS Undergraduate Courses 2026/2027, the IUSS School for Advanced Studies Pavia invites prospective students to discover its distinctive educational model, built on interdisciplinary learning, collegiate life, and continuous dialogue across disciplines.

To showcase this approach, IUSS is launching a series of short videos in which faculty members present their research areas and offer a preview of the topics explored in the Undergraduate. Courses. Over the coming weeks, the series will guide viewers through the School's different academic fields, highlighting the richness and diversity of the IUSS educational experience.

The series opens with Giulia Piredda, Professor of Philosophy at the IUSS School for Advanced Studies Pavia, whose video "Affectivity and Technology: A Philosophical Perspective" explores how philosophy can provide new ways of understanding the relationship between human beings and contemporary technologies.

Over the coming weeks, three more faculty members from the IUSS School for Advanced Studies Pavia will present their research, offering further insight into the interdisciplinary nature of the School:
