The Community of Alumni and Alumnae of the IUSS Pavia University School of Advanced Studies (in short the AlumnIUSS) is a network that aims to maintain and strengthen the academic and professional ties of those who have experienced the IUSS School.
The project of the Community was born in 2023 in order to offer resources and opportunities to grow together. It is a space for sharing successes and paths, which keep alive the spirit of values that animate the School, and projects it beyond its borders. The logo represents the dynamic network of people and ideas that spreads from the School into the world.

Welcome to the Gulco podcast, the podcast that goes beyond words!
Each episode is an invitation to explore unique experiences and stories of former students who, starting from the IUSS School, have undertaken careers of extraordinary professional and human value. Il Gulco Gianigeva Le Brale is not just a podcast: it is a journey, animated by a curiosity that goes beyond the boundaries of the obvious; it is an invitation to discover the hidden meaning behind each story; it is a stimulus to consider an open and transdisciplinary cultural education as the key to understanding ourselves and the reality that surrounds us.

ALUMNIUSS UNCONFERENCE – 26-28 SETTEMBRE 2025

AlumnIUSS Running for Cancer Research, Support Us at the Milano Marathon!
We are a group of young researchers from the CNR in Pavia and three of us were IUSS students. Today, every day we work to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer, with the aim of identifying new therapeutic strategies for the future.
But research needs funding to move forward, and for this reason we have decided to get involved even outside the laboratory! On the occasion of the Milan Marathon on April 6th, 2025, we will run a relay to support AIRC and raise funds for cancer research.
Every step we take will be a step closer to new discoveries, new therapies and new hopes for patients. And just as every step counts to reach the finish line, every donation, even the smallest, can make a difference to carry on research.
