The Book is revolution: 20 years of IUSS and greetings of Rector Pietrabissa
On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, IUSS will celebrate its twentieth anniversary with a special event at the Teatro Fraschini in Pavia. The day offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the meaning of knowledge through the symbol of the Book, which will guide academic, cultural, and personal perspectives. Distinguished guests will share original insights on knowledge as a driver of change. The morning will culminate with the conferral of an Honorary Doctorate to Maria Cristina Messa and the handover between Rectors. The afternoon will spotlight the protagonists of the future: students, PhD candidates, and recent graduates.
