PhD candidate in Cognitive Brain Sciences.

My name is Chiara Bellistri, I studied pshychology at University of Pavia. After obtaining a degree in Psychology, I continued my studies and acquired greater skills by obtaining a Master's degree in Clinical Neuroscience: “Evaluation, Neuropsychological and Neuromotor
Diagnosis and Rehabilitation”.
I did internship and worked in IRCCS Maugeri hospital in Pavia, where I learnt how to work in a team, coming in contact with patients suffering brain-damage injuries and neurodegenerative diseases and with caregivers. I also studied at psychoterapy school of integrated sense of direction.
My experience on the field has allowed me to deal with different and hard situations, maintaining a constant dialogue with operators, patients and their family members. I am able to carry out analysis and evaluation of cognitive functionality of the patient, to implement rehabilitation/cognitive stimulation treatments, providing psychological support to family members for better management of their loved ones, and offer psychotherapy supports to individuals and couples.
