The 15th edition of JOBFair will take place on October 22–23, 2025 at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa. The event offers a unique opportunity for students and PhD candidates from Italy’s Excellence Schools to connect directly with leading companies, institutions, and non-profit organizations.

What is JOBFair
Launched in 2014 by the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, JOBFair aims to build a bridge between top-level education and the professional world. Over the years, the event has grown steadily, both in the number of participants and organizations involved, becoming a key platform for matching talent with career opportunities.

When and Where
The 15th edition will be held Wednesday, October 22 and Thursday, October 23, 2025 at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa.

Who Can Participate
Since 2023, participation has also been extended to students selected by CCUM, the Scuola Superiore di Catania, the Galilean School of Advanced Studies, and RIASISSU (Italian Network of Alumni from Excellence Schools). The event is open to top-performing students from Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs.

Opportunities for Students and PhD Candidates
JOBFair allows participants to meet leading companies and organizations. Through a dedicated online platform, attendees can:

• explore company profiles and discover internship and job opportunities;
• request and participate in one-to-one interviews with recruiters.

The 2024 edition celebrated the program’s 10th anniversary, featuring 55 leading companies and NGOs, around 150 students, and nearly 900 one-to-one interviews.

How to Participate
Starting September 9, participants can register on the b2match platform, where the matching phase with companies will begin. Full instructions will be sent via email before registration opens.
