Following the spirit of the lecture series “Scienza, tecnologia e diritto: what’s next?” planned by Amedeo Santosuosso, Beatrice Marone and Giulia Pinotti, which aims at identifying the points of intersection between the various disciplines, the focus of the meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 12 – developed with the Department of Biology and Biotechnology “Lazzaro Spallanzani” – is on one of the topics that cyclically return to the center of the debate, also of the general public. Assisted reproduction is a scientific and legal topic even before a social one, and has not remained the same over the years, but, instead, continues its evolution by connecting closely with the technological progress.

In the context of the event “Se la procreazione è assistita dall’Intelligenza Artificiale”, at 9 p.m. in Aula Goldoniana of Collegio Ghislieri, the issues and the perspectives provided by the entrance of Artificial Intelligence into an already complex and layered scene will be the subject of dialogue and discussion between Prof. Silvia Garagna (Università di Pavia) Prof. Danilo Cimadomo (IVIRMA Global Research Alliance - Genera) and Avv. Sara Azzini (Università di Pavia).
