Areas of Responsibility
Systematization, strengthening, and exploitation of potential synergies within the area; enhancement of organizational units within the area in line with the School's objectives; oversight and integration of administrative and management processes related to the area's activities; coordination of the activities of the technical and administrative staff assigned to the department; legal, administrative, and technical support to the bodies for matters within their jurisdiction; legal, administrative, and technical support to the committees responsible for the area; support to the governing bodies
for integrated planning activities; support to the governing bodies for teaching planning and student and alumni services, including budget forecasting and management; definition and implementation of administrative, technical, and legal policies for the oversight, optimization, and enhancement of the area's processes; oversight of the planning process and subsequent monitoring of the area's objectives and services to users
and stakeholders; Developing guidelines that integrate the School's needs in the areas of teaching, orientation, and student and alumni services; providing cross-functional support for the department and services in managing activities, in collaboration with management.

● Management of comparative evaluation procedures for assigning teaching positions;
● Management of requests for auditors;
● Support in teaching planning and evaluation activities and related formalities;
● Organizational management of teaching activities (lessons, exams, interviews, and graduation sessions);
● Management of accreditation procedures for ordinary courses;
● Support for the presentation and management of institutional projects in the area of ​​pre-degree education;
● Processing and transmission of relevant AlmaLaurea data records;
● Management of requests for alumni certificates and verification of qualifications;
● Management of events related to ordinary courses (Welcome of students, Diploma awarding ceremonies, etc.);
● Management of procedures for the establishment, renewal, and deactivation of master's degree courses;
● Collaboration with partner universities for the management of master's degree courses: support for the
preparation of contractual documents and processing of related procedures, preparation
of documents for the annual activation of courses, management of relationships with the student administration office and other relevant structures of the partner university;
● Management of procedures for establishing, renewing, and terminating first- and second-level master's programs;
● Collaboration with partner universities for the management of master's programs: support in the preparation of contractual documents and processing of related procedures, preparation of documents for the annual activation of courses, management of relationships with the student administration office and other relevant structures at the partner university or, if the administrative office is located at the School, coordination of the course administration office;
● Collaboration, as appropriate, in the implementation of the Alumni project;
● Management of notifications of postgraduate student collaborations for supplementary teaching activities;
● Transmission of content within the scope of responsibility for illustrative materials;
● Production of content for internal and external communication related to the teaching activities within the scope of responsibility;

● Management of events related to the doctoral programs (welcome, graduation ceremony, etc.);

● Management of letters for transferring funds from external institutions;
● Support for the presentation and management of institutional projects related to doctoral training;
● Collaboration, as appropriate, in the implementation of the Alumni project;
● Support for Class Councils and Deans for matters within their responsibility;
● Support for Doctoral Program Coordinators and Directors;
● Support for the Doctoral School Steering Committee;
● Transmission of relevant content for illustrative materials;
● Production of content for internal and external communications related to the activities of the doctoral programs;
● Support in defining and managing the relevant budget;
● Administrative and technical support in the negotiation and conclusion of relevant contracts and agreements;
● Preparation of relevant investigations;
● Preparation of relevant decrees and decisions;
● Management of relevant sections of the Transparent Administration;
● Updating the website and my portal - relevant sections;
● Publication of relevant practices in the Register;
● Support in the preparation and review of internal sources of expertise;
● Performance of contact functions with the relevant public.

The Head of the Organizational Unit is responsible for analyzing the processes related to the support activities for the doctoral programs in order to identify ways to optimize flows and interdependencies between activities, standardize procedures and management tools, and improve service delivery methods.
