Cyber ​​Security Specialist Function

Areas of Responsibility
● Development of information security policies and procedures;
● Management of preventive analysis and detection systems and a cyber risk management plan;
● Production and updating of a document defining the roles and organization of the administration's information security system;
● Production and updating of a program plan for the security of the administration's data, systems, and infrastructure;
● Planning and implementing capacity-building measures for cyber risk management;
● Planning and implementing the adoption of the minimum measures required by the cybersecurity guidelines issued by the National Cybersecurity Agency;
● Continuous monitoring and assessment of security threats and system vulnerabilities for prompt security updates.

Main duties:

● Maintenance, updating, configuration, and installation of PCs and IT administration equipment;
● Management, updating, and helpdesk for IT equipment in classrooms and rooms;
● Management of Google licenses; Office 365; Zoom; OpenAI;
● Email creation and management;
● Coordination with suppliers regarding IT equipment maintenance;
● Helpdesk for supplied IT equipment and the Office suite;
● Management of wireless and wired network infrastructure; Firewalls and switches; school servers; data backup; domains and certificates; cloud;
● Telephone management;
● Esse3 management (evaluation of ticket openings, data extraction, backoffice user helpdesk, support for ANS submissions, user management);
● Coordination of process analysis and support for computerization of processes;
● Research and testing of new solutions to adopt;
● U-Gov management (evaluation of ticket openings, data extraction, back-office user helpdesk, user management);
● IT security coordination (referred to a specialist function);
● Coordination of the application of artificial intelligence tools to activities and processes (i.e., ticketing system);
● Management of the "CRUI informatica" agreement;
● Coordination and development of data interoperability from the researcher activity monitoring system to the salary increment process, the research projects database, and Intime;
● Coordination and support for the implementation of new applications and contact for relations with CINECA;
● Ticketing analysis and corrective training courses;
● Support for IT skills assessment and development of a training plan consistent with the syllabus;
● Analysis and consulting on new/unused/usable Cineca software application packages and/or from other
suppliers;
● Support for Vice-Rectors and Delegates for matters within their jurisdiction;
● Certification of relevant data for internal or external surveys;
● Administrative and technical support for the negotiation and conclusion of relevant contracts and agreements;
● Preparation of relevant investigations;
● Preparation of relevant decrees and decisions;
● Management of relevant sections of the Transparent Administration;
● Updating of the website and my portal - relevant sections;
● Publication of relevant practices in the Register;
● Support for the preparation and review of internal sources of relevant information;
● Performance of contact functions with the relevant public.

Main duties:

● Managing press and media relations;
● Preparing and distributing press releases, articles, and texts to illustrate the main activities and initiatives at the local, regional, and national levels;
● Convening, organizing, and managing the post-production of press conferences and media meetings, and managing interviews between institutional bodies and the media in general;
● Managing and coordinating interviews;
● Managing the daily press review;
● Managing and coordinating the content and graphics of the institutional website;
● Designing and producing the School's publications and illustrative institutional materials;
● Promoting the image of the School and the Rector through information campaigns;
● Managing institutional communications and providing support for political and management governance communications;
● Creating and promoting the institutional newsletter;
● Coordinating and managing internal and external communications through the use of new technologies;
● Collaboration with institutions, foundations, and legal entities affiliated with and/or controlled by the School to coordinate their respective communications/press activities;
● Merchandising management: identifying needs and supporting the selection of merchandising products, validating the products offered by the supplier, and assessing the branding and image of the merchandising, ensuring consistency with the School's visual identity and positioning;
● Support for event communication;
● Organizational coordination of institutional events (academic year inauguration, ceremonies with institutional authorities, signing of agreements and official protocols, etc.) in collaboration with the Organizational Units involved in the organization, with particular emphasis on communications;
● Support for Pro-Rectors and Delegates for matters within their jurisdiction;
● Certification of relevant data for internal or external surveys;
● Administrative and technical support for the negotiation and conclusion of relevant contracts and agreements;
● Preparation of relevant investigations;
● Preparation of relevant decrees and decisions;
