
Biography
Carlotta Maiocchi studied at the University of Milan (Italy) obtaining the Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2017 and the Master’s Degree in Cognitive Sciences and Decision Making, with the Double Degree in Neuropsychology and Neuroscience at Maastricht University, in 2020. She obtained a research grant after her graduation at the IRCCS Maugeri of Pavia in the CSAM laboratory (Movement Analysis Study Centre), where she mainly focused her research in the study of cognitive-motor interference, with a particular interest in motor changes influenced by decision-making processes.
PhD Research
Carlotta focuses her research interest on decision making and on the study of neural and kinematic mechanisms underlying cognitive-motor interference.
