"Borsa del Placement" is an initiative created to encourage collaboration between higher education institutions and companies.
With its numerous online and onsite activities, it allows participants to simultaneously meet the needs of recruiters, placements and employer branding.
"Borsa del Placement" consists of a series of national events for doctoral students and PhDs, organised by the Fondazione Emblema designed to promote job orientation and professional integration.
The University School for Advanced Studies has given its PhD students and PhDs the opportunity to get in touch with the entrepreneurial world aimed at finding a job by joining forDoc, the placement directory entirely dedicated to the target of PhD students and PhDs and designed with the intention of providing them with a concrete support in their job placement through the creation of a direct channel with the recruiters of large companies operating and investing in research in Italy, interested in inserting highly specialised profiles.

forDoc initiatives: 

Recruiting Day forDoc: a 60-minute webinar in which companies have the opportunity to talk about their company reality and current recruiting projects. During the activity, also thanks to the expert moderation of the Fondazione Emblema team, it is possible to interact with participants, answer their questions and concerns. At the end of the event, company representatives receive a database with CVs and contacts of all participants.

Virtual Fair forDoc: the online Career Day of the "Borsa del Placement". It allows recruiters to receive only target CVs and to have an initial interview online. Before the event, companies can set up a filter with their criteria of interest and decide which candidates to get in touch with, creating their own agenda of appointments. In parallel, undergraduates and recent graduates registered for the event have evidence of companies interested in their profile and can apply for an interview.
