A New Edition of JOBFair is Just Around the Corner. The Job Meeting of Italy’s Leading Schools will Host Two Editions in 2025.

JOBFair is a unique opportunity to connect with some of the most important entrepreneurial organizations in the country: orientation and in-depth meetings between leading companies and highly skilled human resources who, after completing top-tier educational paths, are stepping into the world of work, benefiting both companies and the national system.

The 14th edition will be exclusively online and will take place on Thursday, May 22, 2025, while the 15th edition, in-person, is scheduled for Wednesday, October 22, and Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna.

Thanks to a dedicated online platform, participants can view the profiles and internship and career opportunities from participating companies, institutions, and non-profit organizations, and then request one-to-one interviews with recruiters.

This year, we are particularly proud to announce the participation of two startups born within our academic community: RESISK and Mate. The goal of RESISK is to support engineers and companies, offering decision-making tools for risk management and helping insurance companies estimate human and economic losses in areas most exposed to natural risks. Mate aims to develop models for estimating physical risk from extreme weather-climatic events in both current scenarios and future climate change scenarios. These young entrepreneurial ventures represent the innovation and commitment of our students and researchers in translating academic knowledge into concrete market solutions.

JOBFair 2025 will offer participants the opportunity to interact with prominent companies and organizations, explore career opportunities, and participate in individual interviews. The detailed program for the event will be available soon.

JOBFair is a joint initiative of the six special-order university schools—Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Scuola Normale Superiore, IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca, Gran Sasso Science Institute, International School for Advanced Studies of Trieste, and, of course, our IUSS Pavia School—with the aim of creating a unique meeting opportunity between leading companies and talent trained through excellence programs.
