Managing extreme events and making decisions in conditions of severe uncertainty requires an interplay between technical and social expertises. The Workshop Risk, Uncertainty, and Decisions aims to bring together experts from different fields to discuss these topics from a multi-disciplinary perspective. This first workshop will be the inaugural event of a collaboration between IUSS Pavia and Politecnico di Milano.
