Anna M.Borghi is associate professor in Psychology at Sapienza University of Rome and research associate at ISTC-CNR (Institute of Cognitive Sciences and Technologies, Italian National Research Council), Rome. Her research interests focus on the relationship between body, actions, objects and language in humans. Her talk will address in particular the ability to abstract thoughts and form abstract concepts, their link with vagueness, and the role of social interactions in language.
