IUSS PhD, Undergraduate, and Master students (IUSS-Unipv) can apply for receiving financial contribution to undertake an Erasmus+ traineeship experience abroad.
The monthly contribution depends on the country destination.

Before applying for the selection, it is necessary to carefully read the announcement and its attachments and verify that you meet the requirements for participation.
The application deadlines for CALL 2024 are:

The mobility must be completed by 07/31/2026
After the last deadline, the submission of applications will be "over-the-counter," i.e. applications will be registered and evaluated based on the chronological order of submission, and resources allocated to successfully evaluated projects based on the chronological order of submission and the start date of the mobility period, until the available funds are exhausted.
Eligible to participate in the Erasmus+ Traineeship Call 2024 are:
• Students enrolled in the Ordinary Courses at the Scuola Universitaria Superiore IUSS;
• PhD students at the Scuola Universitaria Superiore IUSS;
• Students from the Inter-university Master's Degree Programs activated between the Scuola Universitaria Superiore IUSS and the University of Pavia (Master's Degree in Psychology, Neuroscience and Human Sciences - Civil Engineering for Mitigation of Risk from Natural Hazards (CivRisk);
Under the following conditions:
• They must be regularly enrolled or graduated within 12 months of obtaining their degree;
• They must be selected before obtaining their degree (it is not permitted to obtain the degree during the internship period);
• They must not have used up all the months of mobility allocated for their study cycle (with or without grant);
• They must not be receiving a community contribution for the same period from other programs;

Chi può partecipare al bando Traineeship - Call 2023
- gli allievi e le allieve dei Corsi Ordinari;
- gli allievi e le allieve dei Corsi di dottorato;
- gli studenti e le studentesse dei Corsi di laurea magistrale in convenzione con l’Università degli studi di Pavia;
alle seguenti condizioni:
- che siano regolarmente iscritti o diplomati entro 12 mesi dal conseguimento del titolo di laurea;
- che siano selezionati prima della data di conseguimento del titolo (durante il periodo di tirocinio non è consentito conseguire il titolo);
- che non abbiano utilizzato tutti i mesi di mobilità previsti per il proprio ciclo di studio (con o senza borsa);
- che non stiano beneficiando per lo stesso periodo di un contributo comunitario previsto da altri programmi.

HOW TO APPLY
Complete the application through the online form.
Attach the following documents to the online application:
- Erasmus+ traineeship project description form signed by the applicant and the local supervisor - Annex A
- Self-certification of exams taken at the IUSS School downloadable from ESSE3 (only for students of Undergraduate Courses);
- Self-certification of exams taken at the University of Pavia (only for students of Undergraduate Courses and students of Master's Degrees);
- Letter from the supervising professor (only for students and alumni of Doctoral Courses);
- Self-certification of the grade of the degree that allowed admission to the doctoral course (only for students and alumnae of Doctoral Courses);
- Self-certification of the grade of the bachelor's degree (only for students and alumni of Master's Degrees);
- Declaration of assumption of risk and waiver of responsibility
- Acceptance by the foreign supervisor or host university (email approval is sufficient).
