  • organizational support and coordination for activities, meetings and institutional events not related to processes of individual Ous;
  • management of granting of patronage;
  • management of appointments;
  • coordination of activities related to the "Alumni" strategic project;
  • support and coordination of strategic internationalization projects;
  • certification of relevant data for internal or external surveys;
  • administrative and technical support for the negotiation and conclusion of contracts and agreements of competence;
  • preparation of preliminary investigations of competence;
  • preparation of Decrees and Determinations of competence;
  • management of relevant sections of the Transparent Administration on the institutional website;
  • updating website and my portal - sections of competence;
  • publication in the Register of the practices of competence;
  • support in the preparation and review of internal sources of expertise.

  • Google licenses management;

  • Email accounts creation and management;
  • New computer equipment configuration;
  • Computer workstation configuration;
  • Coordination with vendors in relation to interventions on computer equipment;
  • Helpdesk for supplied computer equipment and Office package;
  • Wireless and wired network infrastructure management;
  • Firewall and Switch management;
  • School server management;
  • Data backup management;
  • Domain and certificate management;
  • Telephony management;
  • Cloud management;
  • Esse3 management (Ticket opening evaluation, Data mining, Backoffice user helpdesk, ANS submission support, User management);
  • Coordination of process analysis and support for computerization of processes;
  • Market research for equipment to be purchased;
  • Research and testing of new solutions to be adopted;
  • U-Gov management (Ticket opening evaluation, Data mining, Backoffice user helpdesk, User management);
  • Coordination and development of data interoperability from researcher activity tracking system to salary step process, to research project database and to Intime;
  • Coordination and support for the implementation of new applications;
  • Ticketing analysis and corrective training paths;
  • Assesment support for computer skills and development of training plan consistent with Syllabus;
  • Analysis of new/unused/usable Cineca application packages;
  • Analysis of application innovations;
  • certification of relevant data for internal or external surveys;
