  • support to governing bodies for integrated planning activities;

Main duties:

  • supervision of archival tools (classification holders, management manual, discard list, etc.);
  • implementation of procedures for updating the University Register and the Digital Preservation Service;
  • election management;
  • oordination activities concerning documents access and privacy;
  • relations with investee organizations management;
  • opinion/intervention on data processing agreements and conventions in cooperation with the dpo;
  • opinion/intervention on insurance agreements and conventions;
  • School's insurances’ management;
  • register of agreements and conventions management;
  • digital signatures’ management;
  • certification of relevant data for internal or external surveys;
  • administrative and technical support for the negotiation and conclusion of contracts and agreements of competence;
  • preparation of preliminary investigations of competence;
  • preparation of Decrees and Determinations of competence;
  • management of relevant sections of the Transparent Administration on the institutional website;
  • updating website and my portal - sections of competence;
  • publication in the Register of the practices of competence;
  • support in the preparation and review of internal sources of expertise;
  • Office head is in charge of the publication on the official Register.

  • management of outsourced services relating to premises or technical services with the sole exclusion of IT services;
  • management and maintenance of real estate and movable property from both a technical and economic point of view;
  • support to the Head of Protection and Prevention for sites safety;
  • site security management;
  • classrooms management;
  • Main Hall management;
  • support in the technical management of the implementation of the CAMPIUSS Project;
  • opinion/intervention on agreements and conventions on site safety in collaboration with the Head of Protection and Prevention;
  • certification of relevant data for internal or external surveys;

Main duties:

  • coordination of institutional website content and graphics;
  • design and production of the School's presentation publications and illustrative material;
  • press and media relations’ management;
  • preparation and dissemination of press releases, articles and texts to illustrate the main activities and initiatives at local, regional and national level;
  • convening, organising and managing the post-production of press conferences and meetings with the media and managing interviews of institutional bodies with the media in general;
  • collaboration in the realisation of interviews;
  • daily press review;
  • taking care of promoting the image of the School and the Rector through information campaigns;
  • taking care of institutional communication and supporting the communication activities of political and managerial governance;
  • coordination of the promotion and management of internal and external communication through the use of new technologies;
  • collaboration with entities, foundations and societies linked to and/or controlled by the School in order to coordinate the respective communication/printing activities;
  • merchandising management;
  • School’s public engagement events management;
