The Equal Opportunities Commitee ensures the well-being of workers, combats discrimination and supports IUSS in ensuring a working environment based on organisational welfare, opposing all forms of discrimination and physical, moral or psychological violence against workers.

The Equal Opportunities Commitee is composed of the following members.
Permanent members appointed by the labor union:
- Mrs. Valentina Cimichella (appointed by Fed. UIL SCUOLA RUA);
- Mr. Fabio Negri (appointed by CISL FSUR)
- Mrs. Valentina Zerbo (appointed by FLC CGIL)
Permanent members, School representatives, chosen among professors, researches and technical-administrative staff:
- Prof. Chiara Cerami, Associate Professor of the School, President;
- Prof. Alessandro Caiani, Associate Professor of the School;
- Mr. Alessio Ricci, Researcher of the School.
Substitute members, School representatives, chosen among professors, researchers and technical-administrative staff:
- Prof. Paolo Esposito, Associate Professor of the School;
- Mrs Silvia De Toffoli, Researcher of the School.
The Committee is integrated, pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 3, Regulations for the establishment and functioning of the School's Single Guarantee Committee, by the following representatives of the Research fellows and Students:
- Mr. Gianrocco Mucedero, Research fellows' representative of the School;
- Mrs Chiara Pompei, Students' representative of the School.
